I would have rated better if I had stayed. Got there and had no room because they over booked. Wasn’t happy at all.

Excellent customer service from the front desk at check in/checkout. Kitchen staff was super nice and helpful Room was clean and had all the necessities needed. Only reason for the 4 stars is due to the hard lumpy mattress which made for a restless night. My husband, who could sleep on a park bench and be comfortable, found the mattress to be uncomfortable. Hotel is located right across the street from the casino entrance which was super convenient.

From the moment we checked in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean, well-appointed, and very comfortable, providing a great night's sleep after a fun evening at the casino just across the street. The convenience of the hotel's location cannot be overstated—it made our trip to the casino effortless and all the more enjoyable. Breakfast the next morning was a real treat. The variety was impressive, with plenty of options to satisfy both my son and me. The dining area was clean and well-maintained, and the staff were attentive and friendly, ensuring a pleasant start to our day. Overall, our experience at the Fairfield Inn Suites by Marriott Cherokee was fantastic. It's clear that the hotel prioritizes customer service and guest comfort. The pool was the only reason we booked this hotel, and it’s closed. Very disappointed, staff was very kind though.

Good spot to go to Cherokee

Everything was ready at check in and the room was clean and stocked.

The Marriott room was excellent and staff was so accommodating! Unfortunately, the noise from the room above kept us awake most of the night. We called the staff early in the morning and they quickly checked the situation and it was handled. Same thing the following night!!! Excellent stay other than NO Sleep!

I stayed here because of the proximity to the casino. It was great, it’s literally a 3 min walk to the casino, really convenient for half the price of the casino hotel. It was clean, the area was quiet and the breakfast was really good. I would stay here again.

We would stay here again any time we visit Cherokee. Across the street from the casino and very easy to check in and park.

The mattress in the king suite was completely worn out. I felt like I slept with a board under my spine.

Overall a very nice hotel. All the staff were friendly & accommodating. Room was modern & clean. Continental breakfast was standard. Great location closest to Harrahs casino. Only negative was no soundproofing in room. Could hear person next door snoring during the night & we did not have a connecting room. Would suggest a top floor non connecting room. If & when we revisit Cherokee we would definitely stay here again!

The beds we had were a bit hard and pillows too puffy for my taste. Comfortable room close to Harrah's Casino.

I felt safe at night. The property is well lighted and maintained.

Front desk was great. Rooms (we had two) were both filthy. Wives were afraid to step foot in either shower. Toilets had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. Room did not appear to have been vacuumed. Good location, though. That might be what they are charging for.

Very easy access to the casino

I booked this property because it said it had an indoor pool. Will it didn’t. I was told corporate had not removed it on line. This was VERY DISAPPOINTING. I could have booked a hotel down the road that had one for less money. I will not stay there again.

No help, it was dirty, and the tv didn’t work

The bathroom had black mold all over and the bathroom floor looked like a dirty mop was run over it. The rest of the hotel was nice though.

You can not get into the hotel until 3.00 pm They said that they had a pool and didn't but when we look around there was a pool water was dirty. Same breakfast just eggs and sausage very disappointed for the money 260 a night

Its location across from the casino was perfect for us. The hotel was overbooked when we got there but the staff worked hard to free up a room for us and also credited us with a night's stay sometime in the future to compensate us for the inconvenience. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were in good condition...the only issue was our TV didn't work, but they told us that as we checked in so it was fine.
