My stay was good as always.The rooms are always nice and clean. We stayed in another part of the hotel this time and I quite enjoyed that more. It was so quiet and peaceful. The room was a little musty but we always bring febreeze with us so not that big of a deal. All in all Grand Cherokee is always my first go to

I’ve stayed at this hotel before but never again. Was given a room next to elevator and across from the ice machine. No carpet in this area so you heard guest coming and going constantly. Absolutely no sleep. Should have slept in the car it would have at least been quiet. Won’t be returning. They need to upgrade their rooms.

We had a weekend trip from Friday to Monday. The hotel was almost directly across from Harrah’s Casino, and a convenience store was also in walking distance. Housekeeping only comes upon request i’m assuming because they didn’t service our room. They did provide us with clean towels upon request and were friendly.

My Stay was very Clean atmosphere Staff very Professional and Smiles! The Hotel Grand Cheokee Hotel Asheville is #1 cause that hotel room I had Fun in the Sun! Breakfast I loved! THE bedrooms are nice bathroom ckean and neat.The breakfast counter space so clean, breakfast food and drinks in order. All untensils and plates clean. Its nice Waking up to a Clean and Smell good environment! "I stay there again before i go to casino stay my room look better than my cuz room At casino! Located right across the street from the casino. Check in was fantastic, Miss let me check in early. When I returned from Food Lion, Miss was not seen for rest of stay. TOILET RAN ALL NIGHT. I complained to Mr. at front desk and was told it couldn’t be repaired until the next day when I was checking out. 1 night stay. Bed was very comfortable. Overall, I got what I paid for at $100 a night. Fix the toilet in room 202!

Perfect location, directly across the road from Harrah’s. It’s a walkable or they have free shuttle. Hotel is very clean, bed slept great. Didn’t try the breakfast, it didn’t look like much.

The hotel is an older hotel but is always in great condition. It is remodeled whenever the need arises. The staff is great, beds are comfortable, linens are fresh and there's hardly any outside noise.

First time at this hotel. Has great prices, tv options, quick check-in. It was very clean as well. Only complaint is the bed is a little hard but nothing you can't sleep through. There is also no breakfast other than coffee. Close to casino if you dont mind the walk. Definitely our go-to when visiting Cherokee.

It was convenient to fine dining. The room needed updating. The carpet was old and didn’t feel clean. The commode ran constantly and the water pressure in the shower was marginal.

The check in was fast and friendly and the room was clean and in good shape. We'd definitely stay here again if coming through Cherokee to do some gambling at the casino. Location was awesome and we were able to park at the hotel and walk it over to the casino across the street. Very convenient and overall good experience.

The room and hotel were outdated. Hard to find outlets to plug in phones, the coffee maker had to be placed on the floor as the cord wouldn’t reach. The room was clean but it seemed a bit dingy. But the staff was kind and the hourly shuttle to the casino was great.
