Clean and the staff was friendly

There was vomit outside on door, our bathroom was not clean (I doubt they have clean the floor behind the bathroom door ever) and the bathroom towels were very thin.

Great staff and breakfast. For some reason, despite asking for a room away from the ice machine and elevator, they placed me next to those. I had to ask to be moved upon arrival. Otherwise, it was pleasant.

The noise of the highway was quite loud on the side I ended up on. I would suggest asking for a room away from the freeway for more peace and quiet.

Being budget conscious, we always choose the Quality Inn from the Van Horn area. Agree it is not a Hilton. But if you need a place to rest while passing through (exhausted driving ALL day), this is a decent choice. We found the room (212) with newish carpet, clean sheets, comfortable bed. Good lighting indoors and out, everything works. To get you going, the hot water and water pressure will peel an onion. The breakfast offering was decent with the typical assortment of cold items, eggs, bacon, sausage, waffle. Coffee is better than the truck stop. Just enough to get you back on the road.

Not a major detraction but wouldn't take but a bit more effort to push past the slightly run-down feeling. Patch some nail holes in the walls, tidy up the paint. Personally, I wasn't keen with the window that wouldn't lock up properly and the gaps around the closed locked door.

They claimed that they had received no reservation for me and then the next day charged my credit card exactly according the reservation I had made. Further the staff was impolite, uninterested and unhelpful. We were left on our own to find something else (as the hotel was fully booked they claimed). So this all looks like ordinary theft. Try to avoid this hotel if you can.

we asked for a ground floor room and that was delivered.

there was about a 1/2 inch gap in the front door of our room. we could see outside. TV clicker didn't work. front desk replaced the clicker,, still the new one didn't work. :( breakfast didn't start until 630am. all other quality inns start at 6am.. :(

Parking was good. Staff was friendly. Good location.

The remote didn't work well, had to change the volume on the tv button. The breakfast area is small so I didn't go to it.

The breakfast was very very good

The TV remote did not work could not work the volume or the on and off switch And the coffee pot was dirty and there was not enough coffee had to go to the office to get coffee.
