Sucio, mala atención, viejo, con bichos, sin Refri ni máquina de hielo, todo se estaba cayendo, agua demasiado caliente y en otro cuarto se quejaron que solo había agua fría

I did not like nothing I was checked in walked into the room and immediately walked out

I like that the air conditioner blue cold and the beds were actually comfortable.

It has no amenities, the coffee machine didn't work. The pool was shut down, with excuses, the elevator was broken until further notice, there was holes in the walls, my ceiling had water damage and the popcorn ceiling was coming down. Ultimately for the nice place that it looks like from the outside, the inside was just very poorly managed

Went in and made a reservation the front desk agent walked us to the room because he ran out of keys, the hallways were went from leaks on the roof the second floor smelled like chemicals and the room was so disgusting, we immediately walked back downstairs and canceled our reservation he said we wouldn’t be charged and we were charged we’ve called twice and they always say a manager is going to refund me and it still hasn’t happened

Everyone was very friendly the staff mainly was the best

The hospitality the manager was super cool remembered me from previous times everything was just super cool and no problems so stay there again

What I didn't like is that I didn't get my room for free LOL but then that no complaints
