This suites is infestation of bed bugs. I was bitten badly by bed bugs. I am afraid now. Never experienced this before. Office didn't open until 4pm.

The elevator doesn’t work, the main door is broken so it’s no safety for guests

I liked the location. It was close and convenient for shopping, etc

I didn’t like that the property misrepresented the fact that they had amenities that they DID NOT HAVE. When you visit their website to see what type of property it is and what the rooms/suites look like. You are given the impression that like most Extended Stay hotel properties, your room will include all the necessary kitchen items; pots and pans, dishes, utensils, etc. At least that’s what they show you on their website! However, when you walk into your room you will be surprised to see NONE of the items pictured in their misleading photos on their website.

Pillows and bed extremely comfortable.

Need a coffee maker in rooms it was very inconvenient since I'm a big coffee drinker.

Great price , great location and I'm able to stay as long as I want until I find a permanent address

The room was clean and Nicole at the desk was extremely helpful.

The room upstairs was constantly banging at all hours.

Nicole the property manager has gone above and beyond to help me during a difficult time in my life. The head housekeeper Linda is always pleasant and both maintenance men have also been helpful. Everyone has provided exceptional customer service thus far.

Whoever the swing manager is

Must be under new management since my last stay which was years ago. Much better atmosphere. Renovations done. Nice and quiet.
