Great location

The bed was terrible and we both woke up with back pain. The mattresses probably needed replacement years ago. Please have them checked out because it’s obvious they were well past their end of life expectation.

Location is good. Breakfast was h go ood

No air conditioning. Was very warm in our room.

The restaurant opened an half and half after it was scheduled. Room service was not working and I was charged twice for my stay.

Room size was great, bed was very comfortable

Bathroom shower drain was clogged. Maid service was by request so I requested it on Thursday as well as 3 fresh towels. Towels never arrived so I found a maid cart on 1st floor and took 3. Maid service NEVER came ever. I called manager on Saturday evening to inform them of the lack of response and service, manager was busy and front desk staff said they would call me back shortly. No one ever called. We called for room service Saturday and no one answered. We went down to Restaurant and placed an order and they said they would deliver it to the room. They never did. We had to go down and ask about the food, and they said they were too busy to deliver it so we carried it up ourselves. On a sidenote when I went to front desk the first night to request maid service I was greeted by a front staff member who had her pants unbuckled and her belt unbuckled. Extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. Will never stay again. Cost was $300 a night and was not worth 100.

Breakfast was excellent. Good variety to choose from. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Only complaint were the hallways on our floor were not vacuum and were dirty. It was a great location and would stay here again.

The bathrooms in the room had mildew all over them, floor filthy. We were moved within an hour of arrival for the mildew and was moved to another room that had mildew too!

Breakfast and cocktail hour was awesome. The main area was beautiful.

For the price our room had a broken closet, broken shower, terrible water pressure in the toilet, furniture not comfortable at all, for a suite with 6 people there was no room in that tiny fridge for anything, pool could have been cleaner lots of stuff floating around.
