safe, clean, good parking, good livation
no staff on duty at night or in early a.m. power went out - 1-2am until check out. poorly lighted hallways n steps but thank u for the battery puck lights

Wasnt much of a breakfast. Muffins were horrible
We got into our room and there were no coverings on the windows. The staff came in with wet curtains and hung them. Of course there is a smell with old wet fabric. The carpeting much have been cleaned cause that was wet as well. Very disappointing for the price we paid. Ill never come back

Great location, quiet on a Friday and Saturday night even with the window open and the room was clean.
Front lobby area is small and cramped. We overheard a staff member explaining to someone on the phone the way the dishes are dispersed if needed, but that was never offered to us. It would have been nice to have some in our room or at least offered. I guess since we were only there for 2 nights it was assumed that we wouldn’t need them???

Room was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
You need to remodel. Kitchen is too big, since there are no dishes, pans, or silverware.
Breakfast was very disappointing. I paid the same price for Embassy Suites & got full
breakfast.

Staff was super friendly, helpful and informative. The room other than the horrible carpet was really clean as was the bathroom. The refrigerator and freezer were on upon arrival and cold. Bed was pretty comfortable. Nice dark out drapes. Very convenient location.
The room smelled like old man body odor and sweat, which I'm sure the odors are trapped in the awful carpet that was literally tacky under bare feet. The carpet was so bad I had to put my shoes back on it was so gross and old. Also The shower curtain is too short for the tub so when you take a shower and push the curtain back all the water that accumulated on the inside of the curtain floods the bathroom floor. Whoever ordered the curtain size or put the rod where they did wasn't thinking. The curtain barely fits inside the tub. The pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable and the coverlet I laid on top of on the bed while watching tv, I started itching all over where bare skin touched. I don't think it was clean although it appeared clean. Somebody's dog kept barking and every time people on my 2nd floor came and went they let their door slam...it was VERY loud... every time a door slammed it woke me up. I had a wedding to attend that day after being awakened for 5 times during the night and early in the morning.. I was exhausted and crabby. I would never stay there again despite location being great...and a good value...

The room was a nice size. Very clean.
Pots/Pans, silverware kept at the front desk instead of in the room. No dishwasher soap. Remote controls were not always working. And the dogs barking in the hallway at night.

The tub could have been safer with handrails and better flooring in tub.

Bed was extremely firm, sofa bed was not very comfortable.
