The area

The staff, the room smelled of cigarette smoke and there was a cup left under the bed... Room didn't smell clean. And I was kicked out because apparently people were complaining about my small children so I had two nights paid for yet was removed from the building MIND YOU by the police which was hilarious because the front desk guy could have told me to leave and I would have had no problem, I was upset because it was going on 3 am and I had to pack all my stuff including get my small children ready to go out into the cold.. so if your looking to extend your stay here and have small teething children.. DON'T!

Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was adequate. Location was good.

shower was installed incorrectly and it was hard to maintain hot shower old dirty carpet stinky and cold hallway. not heated.

The staff at the main desk were very friendly

It was very clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable.

Issues with booking on booking.com. We added 1 night and thought we were at Broofield but were actually at Waukesha so we tried to change and the website was no help and the call center was terrible. They need to move the call center to the US!

They charged the same amount for the room even though they didn't offer breakfast "because of covid". But they advertised that breakfast was included. Also, the kitchen does not have supplies. You have to come down and ask for them in the front desk.
