Enjoyed the afternoon get together- light appetizers and drinks - breakfast was good -- location was excellent-- would definitely stay there again

Buffet ran out of items multiple times in the morning and afternoon-- long waits for crowded elevators

Lage direkt an der Union Station. Zu Fuß ein gute halbe Stunde bis Downtown.

Insgesamt ganz gut, Frühstück im Preis enthalten aber auch nichts besonderes.

The breakfast and evening fare was outstanding!

I can't think of anything. Service, rooms, and ammenities were all very satisfactory.

i didn’t like the fact that a high price hotel n you walk in and smell chlorine that we as s family did not like the room smell n we’re dirty, windows hadn’t been cleaned, curtains were off the slide that holds, we’ve stayed at a motel six n had a cleaner room, so sorry for the negative survey but your housekeepers need to do a better job, the price did not go with the hotel standards that i thought it should’ve had, location great, on our next return it will be a different hotel, the chlorine was BAD!!!

Our AirBnB cancelled on us two days prior, so we were thankful to get a room at the Drury Inn Union Station and it was a Godsend! Complimentary breakfast and dinner/snack options saved us so much! The location is outstanding for a walk to the Union Station Wheel and area restaurants! The room's AC was running excellently and the bathroom's hot water and pressure were just what we dreamed of at a hotel! Perfect place to stay! Outstanding!

The staff were absolutely brilliant. So helpful and could not do enough for us.

The beggar on the steps at the entrance made us feel awkward. All the dishes are plastic. Coming from Europe this seemed so wasteful.

Staff is extremely friendly. Bathrooms are newer and clean.

Needed to pay for parking.
