the reception was messy - the room had a bad smell - the carpets were worn down and dirty

the office was off putting. messy, had second thoughts when I walked in the office.

The advertised free breakfast, wasn't that good

We did not eat breakfast at the location. The lobby was not conducive to eating anything. The choices were minimal to poor. There really was not anything to like. There were not a lot of choices for lodging.

The place needs a full overhaul, inside and outside.

Bed was comfortable and room was decent

These people do not respect your space. They allow their children to have house keeping keys. I came back from work to find my room gone through. All my lotions were open. Everything I had packed was unpacked and repacked in different bags. All my makeup was open or damaged. Two sterling rings smashed. My new lv purse was taken out and put in another bag. I did go to the office where the family and dog were eating in the common area. They did offer to pay for a lotion but really didn't seemed concerned that the children go into rented rooms. I told her I had a do not disturb on my door and would like no one in my room for the remainder of my stay. So instead of this being the end of it they came in everyday and moved my stuff off my bed and off the floor and just went touch my things again like in spite. I will be going to corporate for this due to the lack of care with covid. Which I mentioned to them. That we like to clean our own room and if we needed anything we would let them know but I guess she didn't like to telling her how I would like my stay which I paid for. One more thing no breakfast for guest just for them. They get up whenever they want and sit in the common room all day. 4 adults 3 kids and a dog in a 10x10 room. Hotel smells like dog pee and they let the dog run around at night along with the kids which stay in guess rooms.

All the staff members were very pleasant and helpful, I am very pleased with my stay.

I had 3 day and night stay my house keeping was wonderful, he did what ask daily for me I give him a big thank you.

Area behind reception desk was a MESS. Very unattractive and we wondered what we were getting in to. As it turned out, the rooms were neat and clean. Person "manning" the desk was not friendly at all. Needs to improve his social skills. Never thanked us for stopping, come back again, etc. Not the best advertisement for someone returning!

Clean welcoming room.

The bath tub didn't hold water. The room above me I could hear EVERY time they moved in bed.
