Dirty and cheap feeling

Nothing this place was horrible I was afraid to stay in the room. It was dirty and stinky the bedding looked like it never got washed had cigarette burns in it and was covered in black stuff

Absolutely nothing I wouldn't let a pack of stay dogs stay in that place it needs shut down. Didn't even stay in my room it was disgusting and they wouldn't refund my money and the desk person was very disrespectful

They gave me a room tucked in the back of the facility away from parking and next to the pool that wasn't operational. I requested a new room, closer to the front where I could keep an eye on my car. They switched me rooms and gave me a new key. The key didn't work and when I went back to request a key that worked, the man at the counter scoffed at me and acted like I was the idiot who didn't know how to use a key. Once he realized his mistake, he simply shrugged and walked away, not apologizing. He also awkwardly intervened in my check-in process, making it less efficient, because he clearly doesn't allow his wife to be alone in the hotel lobby with guests checking in. The whole place had a weird vibe and I wish I wouldn't just kept driving to Sioux Falls.

The manager was a jerk and the cleaning staff were very pushy about my check out time. I I arrived very late at night and I was out by 11 but the cleaning guy was knocking on my door and telling me to hurry up at quarter to 11.

Rooms were dirty. Floor was uncleaned. Flys everywhere in the room.

Shower curtain had mold on it. Frig freezer had 3 inches of frost ice which we removed so we could freeze our ice bags to put back in our cooler. So when we got the ice out & some melted onto the floor we wiped it up with a towel & it got the towel pretty dirty which tells me even tho they have put down wood floors to make it easier to clean, the floor was not clean. The bed & pillows were good & the price was right.

location is good...front staff was good...room was pretty good.

the towels are old, thin, and full of stains...the AC unit no longer has any markings on it to indicate temperature or speed.

Internet WiFi not very good
