The beds and pillows were awesome.

Air conditioning leaking so water all over the carpet near our bed and no one resolved the problem and toilet seat loose and tissue paper had been soiled and blower dryer handle very sticky

The smell was great I really knew it was clean

The towels and washcloths were a little rough

The hotel is very clean, great location to USMC Base Quantico! Will definitely stay here again.

All of the pillows were too soft. Would be nice if some had more support.

I liked the front people that checked me in and out. The Breakfast was ok.

The bed was uncomfortable. Way to high. I felt like I was falling off a couple times. Ants on the wall. Stained comforter. Room felt small. Most T.V channels didn’t work. The pool had a cigarette in the water. People were smoking in the indoor Pool area. Seems like not enough staff. Maids just barged In my room. Definitely not what I expected for the Price.

I like the location of the hotel and the lobby and the amenities were very nice. Beds were comfortable

Hotel staff didn’t seem welcoming and didn’t originally assign the room I booked. A lot of broken objects in the room and the hallway was a little loud and smelly. Elevators seemed rocky and breakfast didn’t taste good.

The location is perfect with everything you need right there. The bed was also very comfortable .

The location of the motel was perfect. Enjoyed the layout.

Breakfast could have been better. Biscuits were a little hard and they ran out of orange juice.

The bathroom floor had hair on it along with the toilet. I had to clean that up.

room 431 could really use the bathroom doors washed down. looked like dried blood on it plus questionable white splatters. Fire alarm went off at midnight.
