Very easy access from the highway. location was perfect with various food options close by. staff was very friendly, and the room was fresh and most importantly very clean.

No coffee, no shampoo. I brought my own toiletries but would have enjoyed not having to leave the premises for a cup of coffee.

Beds were comfortable. Furniture / washroom facilities were in very good shape. There was much potential for this room to be acceptable for a night stopover in our travels.

The room smelled like stale cigarette smoke, though it was supposed to be a non smoking room. Front desk refused to move me to a new room and reacted rudely to my request. Carpeting was filthy.

I didn't like that there was no desk or table. Just 2 chairs. And there was no mini fridge. And I went to take a bath and the water was cold.

Staff and location

Hot water was not working right. The beds were so springy and bad. We actually left early my back at 34 could not stand another night.

Wanted a tissue and there was none used toilet tissue

The person working at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean and simple. we did call the front desk about a loud dog that was left alone in a room and wouldn’t stop barking and the situation was handled quickly.

we didn’t like that there was no fridge, microwave, coat hooks (or any hooks), no table or anywhere to put a bag, no shampoo, and that there was a loud dog barking into the night.

Very clean and comfortable, pleasant location, friendly staff, great value. Nice that dogs stay free, too. Have stayed here before when traveling and will do so again.

A little noisy from traffic depending where your room is located

It's close to a lot of things. Booked online, so to get in was super fast and simple. Water pressure was nice. Room heated up super fast once we turned it up. Quiet, even being close to the highway you could only hear minimal noise from outside. Decent priced!

Didn't have a microwave or mini fridge in the room. Would have liked atleast a mini fridge! Room was clean but the fragrance used to clean the room was a little over powering it lingered for awhile super strong!

It was very clean. Housekeeping was very friendly.

We didn't like the fact that there was no clock in the room. We also didn't like the fact they need to leave some sort of explanation on how to use their remote for tv. We really didn't care for the hot water in the toilet. We knew the facility was pet friendly but they really need to tell their quests with pets they need to clean up after them. And last of all they need to put something on floor of the tub to prevent slipping.
