First, there were homeless people right outside our door. Before bringing our luggage into the room, I immediately checked the bed. There was hair on the sheets and the fitted sheet was covered in black spots. We immediately tried to call the office but the phone didnt work. We just got back in the car and drove around to the office and demanded a refund.

I didn't like the fact that the first room the remote didn't work which they took care of they switched me rooms I was grateful but then the next room their housekeeping did an awful job there was stuff all in the floor on the sink I killed a roach and then literally all night you have tweakers outside yelling and screaming dogs barking people stomping on the floor above you all night Non-Stop

The staff was nice....... coffee was good.......

Breakfast was not eatable, need to totally redo menu, need more selection and add bacon/eggs/sausage and fruit.

1st room had not been cleaned but was immediately moved to clean room. advertised free breakfast but there wasnt one…

the clerk when we checked in. she was very nice

food was left in refrigerator from whoever had room before us. no toilet paper. floor looked and felt dirty. when I pulled covers back on the bed there were black marks on the sheets. there was no coffee maker in the room but there was a refrigerator and microwave. breakfast was very slim of variety. I got butter to put on my muffin and there were empty butter packs in the container with the butter. we were very disappointed in our stay.

The roaches they were everywhere
