We didn’t stay. Cancelled after one night. We were supposed to be there for 7 days for work. Room smelled like smoke. Smoke detector was covered in wet toilet paper. Sheets where dirty and had hair on them . We requested new ones which were stained and had cigarette burns in them. They were worse then the original ones. My wife didn’t feel safe in the hallway as there were very questionable clientele in the hallways late at night.

Cleanliness. Replacement sheets had bright red/pinkish stains and what looked like cigarette burns in them. Towels where wet and dirty. What I like most was checking out.

I did not like anything at all, and I am going to file a civil complaint into the justice of the peace court against woodspring and booking.com because clearly you all the working together when I complained and sent pictures of the filter in the room the day I moved in the room the very first day there, and the representative booking.com done nothing at all. She lied and said she sent a message to the property property say they didn’t get a message. I sent a complaint to the property and it was never responded to

I didn’t like all of it for the fact that the first floor was a had a nursing home there. I am a long cancer survivor and never smoked a day in my life but I had to endure secondhand smoke nonstop in and outside of the building. Which can possibly cause me to endure the same issue again of cancer.

Bedding wasn't changed, had to change it upon check in. Said they had free wifi but had to pay for really slow wifi. Bathtub drain was clogged by so much hair that it wouldn't drain at all, I had to clean it out. Said pet friendly but wouldn't accept my ESA cat, had to put him up for adoption. The first night there was a shooting right outside our window.

it is located in a great area with many stores and food options.

our room was not clean. we found dirty underwear on the bathroom floor, a vape on the dresser, and small bits of trash under things. it feels like the room was rushed and not truly clean. we left in the middle of the night.

they I asked for a $200 deposit when I got there! didn't stay but Iam sure I would have not felt safe nor would I have felt at home with the location this was at. I had to travel further south in order to get some rest.

To kept it short and sweet the staff were top notch, kick ass, took care of business. They were so good I am going to make them job offers. You don't find great people easy and somehow woodspring cornered the market. I give the whole shebang a rating of AAA+++.

How do you improve on perfection?

Great property. Any issues I had were offset by the exceptional attitude and kindness of the staff. Everyone there is wonderful. Thank you, Woodsprings Suites.

Location was good. Whataburger is at walking distance.

Rooms were mediocre for the price. Not enough pillows. Bathroom reeked of urine. Guest and receptionist smoking weed outside the entrance. Not a family oriented place. I wouldnt stay here if i were with my family.
