Location of property is easy to find. Staff was great. Everyone was friendly and had great customer service

Cleanliness of the facility especially the room we stayed in. Pictures posted of the facility doesn't match what I saw.

The staff was nice. The price was decent.

The place was an extended stay (I'll be more careful with booking those in the future) and the room was not the greatest by far. They didn't have an ice machine. It's not ran like a hotel, more like a hostel.

Pool not open....no silverware or dishes or glasses in kitchen...toilet ready to come out of the floor not stable.....no light in frig and it wakes you up in middle of the night Humming....have to get up and open and close the door to stop the noise...walls need painted.no handles in tub...slippery...tub discolored ....

Nothing I payed over 100 dollars for one night and the staff wasn't friendly at all the maid was late so couldn't check in right away and there was a cockroach in the room and the roof was leaking from the rain and I should have at least got a discount for the room

The service the room and the people working there had a bad service to customers I reported the cockroach in my room and the water leak which again they offered me nothing

didn’t even get to stay first the employee looked like she was on drugs she looked annoyed that we were asking and trying to get info there was one more person who came and she was also rude to him when the other person left she told the security she was just gonna let him deal with me, security was talking to me like if I was dumb, I email them to cancel my booking and get a refund it’s been 4 days and haven’t heard from them. horrible service, should hired someone more responsible and with manners.

Clean linens, bed was comfortable. The A/C-heating unit whisper quite. Microwave and refrigerator was clean. Decent curtains. Great lighting in the room we were in. Plenty of parking, well lit. Secutity Guard patrolling at night. Close to place's to eat, Metro-center closeby, Burlington other shopping area's and amenities.

EVERYTHING, STINKY. Door had been partially kicked in at the bottom. Filthy, none of the light sockets were safe. Plugs fell out. No hangers, 90% of draweres screwed shut. Bathtub had no grip in the bottom, rusty fixtures in tub. Bathroom counter was full of cigarette burn marks for a non-smoking room, sink separating from counter. Flooring was lifting up. The kitchen, words can not even expain that, let alone NO cookware. Pool was closed even though stated it was open year around. Dog's not allowed but seen 7 on leash with owner's. A lot of unsavory people at night coming and going. It's supposed to be a hotel, but people are living there. Find a different place.

That there was a TV refrigerator the air conditioning and Wi-Fi that was the only part that I liked about the hotel oh and the beds where comfortable too

What I didn't like was that there was a bunch of homeless around the property and there were stains and markings on the walls and the ceilings and there was like a little bit of cockroaches I saw and I didn't really like that

on arrival ( before 10pm)while doing checkin our room had been given to someone else( which i had already paid the night. They offered to go to another. HomeTowne location on Dunlap accepted thinking it would be similar to some of the pics from this location. Guy at reception was nice but the room was awful cigarette smell. I was not going to stay there with my five year old son. Ended up paying for another Hotel so thank you HomeTowne for making me pay two different hotels for the same night

did not get any kind of cleaning service… We have to take out your own trash and you don’t get extra bags unless you happen to see a cleaning person close by

Breakfast is still not being served. I did appreciate the staff working with us as we are homeless and sometimes we have trouble coming up with the room rate. My girlfriend is the one that is at fault for us not having the money. But you guys were super nice and I appreciate the maid filming the battering going on I think you for that.

The breakfast could begin being served. Definitely Express and extend a pet friendly environment there are a lot of solitary people who require pets as a companion and that's important in America.
