Air conditioning not great. The amount of guests that appeared to go into one room room I stayed in only had one way of getting out and had to go to the right with my dog and that’s where some guests double park crated chaos upstairs all through night kids jumping off bed continuously

location was great, staff was excellent. the outside building was very nice! very quiet .

the rooms had a funky smell, the AC unit in one of the rooms didn’t work, in my notes I asked for side by side rooms and they didn’t accommodate my request.

The air conditioning worked well.

We rented three rooms and none of them were ready until 4 hours after the 3:00pm listed check in time. I had to use the offices restroom, since we could not get into our rooms. We were forced to leave without being able to freshen up in the rooms that I paid for and in fact we could not use our rooms until after 7:00pm. I was told in that 7:30pm phone call made to me while we were out that the rooms were now ready and there would be a 25% compensation...I paid over $2000.00 total, for three rooms for three nights. Each night was more than $200, yet I was only credited a total of $87 for the 12+ hours (3 rooms x 4+ hours)non use of all three rooms. We weren't advised prior to our arrival, that the rooms weren't ready. The rooms have a list on the mirror of the supposed 10 point cleaning/inspection process, yet things had obviously not been wiped down or inspected. There was hair and debris in the tub, and a pubic hair on the bed sheet. We received no drinking cups for the room until the second day, and the only "breakfast to go items were oatmeal packets and coffee. No tea, breakfast bars, or packaged muffins as noted in the booking info. We weren't even told where to find the free "to go" breakfast items, my husband had to hunt for that building the second morning. In one bedroom only one burner on the stove worked.

See above. Staff blamed us for room key problem. Said we put it next to our phones which we did not.

Cleanliness was good.

Muffins/pastries were not served as promised.
