Very friendly staff. Very clean, comfortable room. Great breakfast, and dinner.

Carpet in room was filthy had to use extra towels to lay down on floor to walk on

room was a good size, having the terrace was nice.

Very nice breakfast. Only one staff member was friendly Initial greeting at desk was slow and cold as ice. Reception didn’t smile, say hello or act friendly. When I asked where the closest COSTCO was I got very poor directions and was told it would take 15 to 20 minutes. That night when we went to dinner we passed the COSTCO about 1/2 mile from the hotel on the same side of the same service road . Maybe 3 minutes away.

See above comments. The map of directions on your website is a joke, totally useless. Finding the hotel was very difficult even with a navigation system in a new luxury car and with WAZE.

The parking, distance, location were excellent!

Everything, the complementary dinner and drinks was incredible and I love the popcorn.
