The staff was lovely. To our surprise, there was a restaurant and it was great.

Beautiful room with a comfortable bed. Very nice spacious bathroom, great shower. The pool was not usable, I think the storm brought a lot of leaves and debris. But it was too cold anyway and I am sure, in better weather it is just lovely to hang out in the pool area. We received water and unalcoholic drinks upon our arrival, nice touch.

The lobby closes at 5. Longer opening time would be appreciated. But Melissa (?) came quickly.

It's a very nice and cute place! The pool is good and quiet, there is a good Mexican restaurant located within the premises. The room was large, clean, beds comfortable, good bathroom etc. Staff was friendly. Enough parking outside. Location is also great, everything within walking distance and otherwise Ubers are also easy.

The airco kept turning off during the night which made us wake up since it became very warm. I had to reset it every time, checked it was not on eco or power saving mode. Couldn't find out what ws wrong with it. Slept probably 3 hours. Upon check out i mentioned it and apparently it was a new airco and they said they were going to check it out, it didn't help us though, this was our one night stop on a road trip so the not sleeping kept us from starting they day early which is really sad as it impacted our travel plans the next day... They offered me free breakfast which was nice but already running late.. anything else could not be done as i booked it via Booking so had to solve it via them they said. i was promised to be contacted by their manager to solve, even though after messaging again I never heard anything. Sad, nice hotel, would def recommended it with a 10 if this didn't happen.

We had a great stay! Location was excellent, the room was very nice and the overall amenities (pools, rooftop terrace, etc) were good. They also had bikes to use free of charge which was nice and the person at the reception was super nice and helpful! Would stay here again.

During our stay, the restaurant was closed and the reception would close at 4pm which was a little inconvenient.

Family run hotel with very nice staff. I especially liked the pool area and the rest of the nicely decorated outdoor areas. Also the restaurant next door is good, nice patio and good food!

Our room was noisy next to the restaurant, not great sound insulation between rooms. Other rooms may not suffer in the same way.

The woman who checked us in was extremely nice. Great location, you can walk to Palm Canyon Drive and it's easy to get anywhere in the city. Our room was a good size, very clean and quiet. There is a lovely pool area but we were here in December so we didn't get to enjoy it. Overall, I was very impressed with the property and felt the rate was very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

Loved the history and Spanish architecture. Loved that it was a quaint small hotel not a chain and the restaurant next to our room, we ate poolside after we checked in, then dinner with our friends outside and breakfast outside the next morning! I will for stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you so much!

I have never stayed here before and did not realize our room was very close to the main Street. I am a light sleeper so unfortunately did not sleep well due to the noise of the cars. Next time I will request a room away from the street.

Pool and hotub clean and very nice

Restaurant not open Monday or Tuesday...not a surprise. Would have liked to try it.
