it smelled like mold

Dirty bath tube, blood on pillow and sheet. TV did not work. We paid for a king bed and got two queens instead. We had stayed there three other times, and will not do that again

it was a good stay. room was clean. the breakfast was good. i was treated well by all the staff.

the room needed some upgrades. there were no glasses in the room, no ice bucked. short one set of towels for me and my wife. windows need to be washed. but what was there was taken care of.

after I payed through a 3rd party and was day 4 into my 7 day stay, I was told my payment didn’t go through so they wanted me to pay again but I had proof from my bank statements and they didn’t care, they called the cops to “scare” me I guess lol I was humiliated, embarrassed and most importantly ROBBED!

It was OK for a night enroute for us. Breakfast was average.

The room wasn't the cleanest. There was a used spoon on the floor near the bin and the bathroom had hair left in the sink and a couple on the toilet and in the bath and there was a red stain on the toilet seat - not sure if it was blood, wine or juice. There was no elevator so I had to struggle up to the second floor with all my luggage. Lots of dogs staying in the hotel on our night.
