Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfy. Slide in the pool was unexpected but water slide great for whole family. Really recommend this hotel.
Front counter staff was a little stuffy but mostly good

Good location, nice pool, good breakfast.
Room stunk like mildew (right above pool), so stopper for soaking tub as reserved.

The location
Where do I begin: the pool and the hot tub were freezing. Like literally freezing. Our room = we heard the elevator all night and all night long, from check in until check out, we couldn’t sleep. The amount of noise from our floor, the family and kids across the hall, were insane. My kids were awake all night and the management did nothing but ask for a good review, when we should have been fully refunded. Not to mention the 3 police officers there all night…

Property was great, close to lots of activities, restaurants, gas station, Starbucks, and Scheels! Also beautifully decorated for Halloween.
Stairwells and hallways smell like smoke! Cigarette and other… front desk was rude! Did not feel welcomed at all!!

The pool was kinda cloudy and the pool room stunk like a lake. We didn't get to swim much because of this. But the hot tub was good. My kids wanted to swim more but engen they thought it was stinky.

my son loves to go to this hotel, because of the slide. I like it because of the suites.
there were no towels in the pool area, and there was several people drinking out of glass bottles. They did not seem to have enough staff.

location and ease of access.
Had to call 3 days in a row to finally get house cleaning to come to the room. Staff not very attentive or friendly.

My father was having a medical procedure at Medical Center of the Rockies and this was a quick 5-minute drive. Perfect location for my family. Great location for grabbing some food also. Good selection.

Breakfast was fine. Pool area was clean a great to swim in. Parking was OK even with Easter holiday activities. Very convenient to where we were visiting.
The Staff was very nice, & tried to be helpful. But they failed in my opinion. Management helped the last day, but more training for staff. The occupants before us clogged the toilet & broke the coffee pot. Didn't get a replacement on pot till last day from Management.

loved the pool
hot tub wasn’t working, room smelled like rotten eggs when we first walked in until I flushed the toilet and opened windows, juices at breakfast weren’t working

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. The hot tub was not working. The pool was fun and my kids loved it but it was kind of dirty. A lot of rocks in the pool. It's very busy so not for relaxing.

The pool was a hit with the grandson. Beds were comfortable and room was large.
When checking in, the room rate changes for each night. I was not told that I had to request house cleaning for each day.

it took 3 times for us to get in a room that had been cleaned, over an 1 1/2 to get checked in because they could not figure out which rooms had been cleaned or not

breakfast was good, the waffle line was a problem, it takes too long, by the time some family members got their waffles everyone else was done eating, no bacon😔
serve bacon, more waffle machines, hot tub was broken, train feature at the pool is awkward and dangerous, bad chlorine smell made all the kids cough, swimming towels were too small

our toilet was not in working order. The website indicated a bathtub was separate and the primary reason we chose this location and room. It was a combination shower. It was disappointed.

The pool was so full of chlorine our eyea were burning so bad and I didn't even swim. My son was coughing after swimming for an hour.
