Location ideal to downtown. The location was good for the fireworks. We enjoyed the facilities of the hotel and the staff was very courteous and friendly.

The breakfast area was a little small although it accommodated all that were expecting to have breakfast and the service was quite good. Ground transportation to and from the downtown area was limited it seemed like there was no bus service except the shuttle and it only ran till about 5:00 in the afternoon so any further activities then the Old Town required substantial driving

The staff was wonderful. Everyone was friendly and seemed to really care about guests and their job. The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable and the room was nice!

The parking area is smaller but was manageable. The pool is small. The restaurant could have used a bit more help.

Nice, clean hotel with free parking just outside of the main tourist hub. The staff was nice and let us check in a little early. The bed was comfy.

The walls are pretty thin and we could hear other guests. It was more of a walk over the bridge into the center than expected but it was ok except for when it rained. It looks like they had a shuttle bus for those not wanting to walk or drive... we didn't inquire.

The place is under staffed - waitress could not get to everyone - she finally gave us a menu and they were out of 2 of the 5 items and then got us a coffee while we waited and it was lukewarm.

I had to go to the front desk 3 times to get the TV remote to work. All it needed was batteries. The employees were very nice but the place is severely under staffed - the employees who were there acknowledged how under staffed they were.

about a mile walk to main historic area. nespresso and bottled water in glass bottles in the room, large size amenities to promote less waste.

I have a hearing disability and when my wife and I were checking in the desk girl asked me a question which I didn’t hear so she asked my wife if I needed an interpreter. I found this to be rude an inappropriate. I hope they don’t treat all guess with disabilities this way.

The staff was friendly, fun and extremely helpful. The food was delicious.

I liked everything. There was nothing to dislike.
