Milieu agréable Bien situé et propre Accessible

the room was a great size and very comfortable, had my favorite type of blanket.

The hotel had a funny smell. Our room had a broken remote, when the staff finally answered to replace it the new remote still wouldn’t work, they disappeared for 45 minutes to change batteries. Then proceeded to come in and still couldn’t get it to work. We gave up. The breakfast wasn’t awful but was only waffles, and dry foods. The staff also stopped me to ask what room I was staying in very awkwardly. The price was also outrageous for the location and being a Tuesday night.

It was close to my friends residence.

Selected location for pool, was closed to replace heater, staff said it was posted on their website. No fitted sheets, sheet on bed barely covered the surface of the mattress. Breakfast was lacking, no eggs (boiled would be nice) , juice machine "broken" (or maybe they're too cheap to refill it) no fruit or muffins, but I guess if you like waffles they've got you covered, but the hours are crap, 6-9 is fine on weekdays but they should stretch that to 11 on weekends, especially considering they have nothing of value to offer.

Bien situé La propreté des draps, toilette et lavabo.

Tapis dans la chambre Vieux et désuet Manque d’accessoires (shower cap, verres, lotion, conditionner…)

Emplacement

TOUT Le gars a l'enregistrement avait une attitude désagréable, le bain tellement en mauvaise états qu'on n'a pas voulu l'utiliser, banc de toilette cassé et la toilette brisée. Distributeur de papier mouchoir vide. Le déjeuner, aucun fruits, la seule chose disponible gaufre ou rôties, mais pas de beurre pour les rôties, seul chose disponible confiture de bleuet et beurre d'arachide mais dans un contenant acheté a l’épicerie que tous le monde utilise (pas très hygiénique ) , aucune portion individuelle, la distributrice pour les jus non fonctionnel, machine distributrice pour autre breuvages hors d'usage, sortie de sécurité hors d'usage, Nous somme allé déjeuner dans un autre endroit.

I hate it i liked nothing

They charge additional fee 120 dollars and they may charge you 700 dollars for nothing as they did to me my bank closed my account and i couldn't use my money i was in a road trip this hotel killed my hole trip

Nothing.

Everything. The rooms needed remodeling bad as it was falling apart. Poor service, no towels for pool, pool wasn’t heated, I got charged for 3 rooms when I had 2, I could go on for days….

Room was decent

I only received room service once while I was there and that seemed to be related to my requesting it. Even replenishing, soap and coffee and such would be appreciated. Fresh towels.
