Very clean.

Breakfast was advertised when we made reservation but it would not start for several months Room was clean as a whistle bed was comfortable

Lighting was overly bright in lavatory Had to contend with noisy fan in bathroom Tub drained very slow

Clean looking room with controlled atmosphere and good staff ! Did not serve a breakfast 😕 but i guess covid is a way out of anything !

The staff was impersonal do to the scare of covid 19 but like i said i guess its a reason for someone to not serve breakfast or talk to you face to face !

Room was large and clean. Close to the events I was attending.

Room smelled like cigarettes. My room was smoke free but the night attendant said that the room next to me was a smoking room so I guess it comes through the walls. I turned the AC down to keep the room cold. The hair dryer did not work and they had no extras so I had to go out to my events with wet hair. It didn’t seem to concern the gentleman. Beds and pillows are okay. The pillows are small. No breakfast just a vending machine. This is a motel not a hotel and that is my fault for not reading the details. I normally do not stay at motels. Next year I will definitely not stay here. I left the next afternoon and lost the money for the 2nd night stay. TV channels are just basic so glad I had my iPad to watch Netflix and wi-fi is okay once you log in.

Second stay at this property. The service is as good as before. The location is very good to old town Tyler. I am satisfied and thankful for assigning me a ground floor room.

COVID is almost gone so the breakfast can be provided again.

I got my personal body wash stolen while I was at work and they was suppose to be cleaning

The bed and bathroom looked clean.

The AC was not working in our room when we arrived. The person from the front desk had to come to the room and assist us. It took a while for the room to cool down. We spilled a little water on the floor, and when we blotted it up with a towel, the towel got very dirty. I definitely didn't like that. It is located on the loop, and the traffic noise was loud all night.

Rooms are nice and clean. Quiet stay. Quick drive to downtown. I would stay again.

Fantastic location -easy to access with many surrounding amenities. Comfortable room with pleasant atmosphere. We had a great night’s sleep!

Difficult to interface with staff-when we arrived for check in at 9:30 pm, there was no one behind desk. We had to wait almost 10 minutes before anyone arrived. Also, there was no breakfast-although free breakfast was advertised.

We didn’t go to breakfast. The doors were locked. We just talked to the clerk through the window.

Comfortable room, clean, well appointed. We stayed in handicapped accessible room. It was very nice. Overall, I would stay again.

Noise from road and surrounding rooms. Next to busy highway. Walls and ceiling transmit sound from neighboring rooms.
