Location & Staff
Room had a molded smell, the comforter was washed but had blood stains on it. The bedding was very worn. This cost of this room is way more than you would expect for the quality of the room. We were there for 3 nights.

The location and updated hotel were great!
Our room had pet hair along the wall and it didn’t smell very good. The elevator was also having some serious issues. We were too scared to ride on it more than once so we continued to take the stairs.

The staff was very courteous and attentive. They were professional in their customer service. The rooms were clean and neat spacious with refrigerator and microwave. The complementary breakfast was very good. The staff kept everything neat and the food was always well cooked. Coffee available 24 hours.

That you only got clean towels and sheets every three days. The sheets I didn’t mind but I think the towels should be changed daily

The gentleman who checked me in, was very kind. Since I was traveling alone, I felt safe and secure in my room. The bed was super comfortable!
I meant to mention this when I left, but in my room number 131, the walls in the bathroom had mold on them. Yuk!!!

The location was good.
The room did not seem clean. The bed had a big yellow spot in the middle of the white sheet, the carpet was sticky in spots, and in the bathroom, there was dirt left in the sink and shower. Upon calling the front desk, the maid did come and made everything right... which it should have been done in the first place.

Our room smelled a bit like animal urine. Not sure if it was a dog in there previously but there was a few pieces of dog food in our bathroom. There was also a used tissue paper role that had been thrown on top of the mirror. It looked and smelled as if the bathroom had been skipped by housekeeping.
