Very conveniently located. Walk right across the street to the beach. After sunset walk over to where the rocks start and see all the turtles feeding. Room was clean and had everything needed to prepare a meal. 1 bedroom apartment set up as separate spaces. Big enough to bring air matress, as we had 5 people comfortably. Rooms ate a little dated, but its an island... we were adventurous beach bums. Will definitely book again.

It wasn’t far from the beach and friendly staff.

The 1st day we got their we went grocery shopping and bought food since we was gonna be their for a week. Well we bought two containers of muffins didn’t even open them and woke up to ants (some kinda bugs) in them. The hotel said they would reimburse me for the muffins and they sprayed when we left. We put all the stuff we bought in the refrigerator and woke up the very next day after they sprayed to ants again. So I don’t know what the issues is with bugs in the kitchen even when food isn’t out.

Location was very centralized and close to the water. It was a great view looking over the balcony and seeing the waves every time of the day!

The staff was excellent and friendly. When I asked for help it was immediate and always friendly, they were also willing to provide local suggestions that worked out very well. The convenience of the business center was nice and the proximity to things was great.

The downside was I spoke with other's traveling for the event I attended that had found Ocean front condo's with a full kitchen and balcony for less money. This property, though centrally located, provided no view or access to the Ocean. I checked in late after flying 10 hours to find both bathroom sinks loaded with sand and filthy, like someone was washing their sandy shoes off and did not clean up, it was disgusting. I ended up going out to buy cleaning supplies to make sure I was using a clean bathroom, not something you want to have to do when visiting Hawaii.

I thought it was a nice property. It was roomy and clean. Nice outdoor areas. Close to everything. I thought I'd be in Lahaina so I know now how far this is from where I wanted to be.

The TV had to be replaced after 3 days of me letting staff know it wasn't working. I wanted to dry my hair but the dryer wasn't working and neither were the jets for the bath tub. The woman at the desk was temperate. Could have been a little more genuine when checking in.
