Location was great.

Elevator was broken. That is a high priority requirement for upper floors - especially when you are parked in the basement with young children. Really made getting out to ski a challenge. Also...when the elevator is broken and your room is next to the stairwell the large crowds of folks with ski boots on makes enormous amounts of noise all day and into early evening.

Good location. Well equipped. Staff on site were pleasant.

The condo was a little tired and dark. Reception was cold. Most frustrating was that when I went on line, I thought I was selecting a specific condo and building. But keystone just assigned us a 1 BR in whatever building suited them. If you want a specific condo, you’re better off with VRBO

Having garage parking was nice. Ideal for skiing, from ski locker to the gondola is a short walk of < 5 min. The pool is outdoor but was heated and appreciated that it was open at all, and no difficult pre- booking required during COVID. 2 Kids 12 and under get a free lift ticket per adult which is a great deal at keystone. Recommend Mountain View sports for a kids rent free deal with a renting adult- it’s not at river run village but only a 5 min drive away and was well organized. Can’t rate the staff as there was none - check in was due to COVID at a conference center, at the property there was absolutely no one to talk to. Would have liked to get towels for the pool but there was no one to ask.
