other then the few cleanliness issues we found at check in the overall stay was wonderful.

We loved the condo it was clean with great views and the location was actually really good. We could utilize the shuttle to get to different parts of keystone resort but were not too far from Dillon/silverthorne and Breckinridge. The pool and hot tub were also really nice. we had a problem with the parking pass and were able to get that resolved quickly.

There were no humidifiers that we could find. We normally live in a humid climate so we had a hard time with the dryness and I even got a few nose bleeds. Anytime we have stayed in Colorado we have been provided a humidifier. Also the key for the downstairs storage locker for our skis did not work so we had to drag skis up and down the stairs.

The pool keys did not give us access to the pool. Called Vacasa on 7/25th evening to get me and my kids access to the pool. They told me they will bring me another keys and nothing. On 7/26 we stopped by the office the agent mad a phone call and he sent me to the keystone conference building. The agent at the conference building said they can't make nor give another keys. Its Vacasa responsibility. I was so disappointed and I'm expecting some refund due to this issue.

Difficulty is obtaining key....described address did not appear in Goggle maps....took calling property manager to obtain keys

The condo was very comfortable, super cute and was in an ideal location.

The key collection process was a little confusing because I received two different emails with differing guidance. One said to collect the keys in the lockbox by the condo front door, the second said to collect the keys in the lockbox in the parking lot. The space was great, no complaints but a suggestion is to add shelves (?) or another table (?) for ski/winter gear. We had to keep moving gloves, scarves, helmets, etc from the dining table to the couch to the counter, etc. Yes, we could put it all in the bedrooms but just thought a designated spot in the main living area would be helpful.
