First room - nothing. Once we had complained and been given an upgrade, the second room was much better. Quieter and spacious but still needs updating.

We were allocated room 1142 which was dilapidated. The lights didn’t work, blind was broken, tv and box weren’t functioning, fridge was completely frosted up, cooker not up to modern standards, room not clean. Dog hair on the chair despite advertising as no dogs allowed.

Location,swimming pool and hot tub,

Small bathroom,tv was difficult to watch because it used Roku,closet door and towel rack fell off,heat control difficult to figure out,poor light in bathroom.

Everything was dirty

We loved the location and the neighborhood and especially the amenities. The property upgraded us upon arrival so we were grateful for that. The condo was beautiful but the loft stairs were definitely not kid friendly.

Outdated, beds and pillows were not comfortable at all, bedding was hot and musky smelling.

Everything was perfect except the bed was rock hard.

The bed was too high like, way, to high off the ground and the mattress itself was so hard, we could not sleep on the bed but slept on the hideaway bed instead.

The location was great, that is why we chose it.

The advertisement regarding how many and what kind of beds and bedrooms are in the apartment was false. On top of that the carpet was very dirty. The place is outdated.

I picked the room for a hot tub . they could have put that they were not open due to cover.

Unit was clean, neat and well equipped.

The shower drain was backing up which had users standing in ankle deep water. I called the first day of our stay to get it repaired but no one came. I called a second time and they did come and correct the problem.
