ac in room didn’t work well at all, bathroom vent didn’t work at all, door would vibrate back and forth making knocking sound, breakfast food was horrible.

The mini refrigerator that was in the room didn’t work. The beds were very uncomfortable. The room looks nothing like it does in the pictures. the lights didn’t work I guess the bulbs are out?? didn’t really look like they clean the rooms. very good. We ended up leaving a day early

Honestly this trip was pretty disappointing. We pulled up to the property and immediately saw front window had been busted since our last stay a few months ago and boarded up, there was alot of people hanging around outside the side door smoking and one was riding a bike all around the parking lot and appeared to be under the influence of some sort of drug ( acting very suspicious) . We have stayed here a few times but it has seemed to be going down with each stay . As I wrote above too much strange activity outside the hotel which made it feel a little unsafe. Another customer was taking pictures outside as we walked up and we had a conversation and she was feeling the same way. Once we started checking in the front desk lady had a hard time getting us checked in 1.credit card reader was broken and she had to input manually which made me a bit nervous then it took about 10 cards before she could get the machine to activate our room keys. As we made our way towards the room we couldn’t help but notice the hotel wasn’t very clean, elevator was musty and the hallways reeked of marijuana ( yes Oklahoma is a legal state no problem but the hotel is no smoking) . I’m not against it just rather my hotel/room smell of it .

Dirty, our room floor wasn’t cleaned. There was dirt and what looked like vomit stuck on the floor by one of the nightstands. The walls and door was dirty. The shower was clogged so didn’t drain properly. We were hearing someone’s dog bark all night from another room. the room smelled of smoke even though it’s a non smoking hotel. The free breakfast was out of Sausage, eggs, potatoes, coffee and gravy 45 min before breakfast was supposed to be over.

The sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable.

There was an awful scent on the 2nd floor where I stayed...it might have been clean, but the perception was that it was very dirty feeling.

I liked that it was clean and they help when needed

I didn’t like that the pool/ hot tub heater was not working and there was nothing posted

other than some sketchy people walking around outside the location was ok.

The only complaint would be our tv was stuck at the same volume and same channel. Like the tv was either on, loud, and on tnt, or you were out of luck with the tv. Everything else was perfect

Staff is always friendly. Breakfast options are great and room is clean and comfortable.

Had some problems with the TVs not working properly.

The beds sit too high and was unable to get into bed. Asked for footstool and one was given to me immediately. Bed was a little on hard side.
