The room was good
The staff wasn’t friendly at all, I booked this hotel thinking the rooftop was going to be open daily for the hotel guests, but this rooftop it’s more for the public. I was very disappointed

The location was extremely convenient. Loved the decor and the rooms were amazing!! Loved the rooftop bar!
There was a loud noise coming from the mini fridge's motor. Something that could have been fixed except the hotel was booked. Other than that I was very pleased.

The property was very nice. Rooms are spacious. Bathrooms are incredible. The lounge on the rooftop was phenomenal. Service was great. Food & drinks were unmatched.
During our very early 4:00a morning on checkout, valet was pleasant & waited with us outside until UBER arrived & he also assisted us with getting our bags in. Thanks to you!
There were strands of hair throughout the room. Very long, silver/grayish in color. Personally felt it was housekeepings & not a previous guest based on the specific places the hairs were found. Not a huge deal. Perhaps she should wear a hairnet though.

loud Noises From Next Room Over from 2am-6pm was interrupting my stay

The location to where we needed to be was good. Room was comfortable
We had to go out just to get water and it was bitter cold out. What hotel doesn't offer their guest water?? Parking was a nightmare and very expensive. Valet service was way overpriced.

I liked the location, you had food and shopping option plus a 7 min walk to a train station.

The bed was comfortable.
The hotel is old and worn down. The carpets were peeling and the hotel smelled like weed and smoke covered up with a lot of fragrance.

I wished there was a mini bar and more personalized welcoming. Also wish the bar was open longer

The godfrey was nice and clean. Very modern n the staff were great. I have no complaints n will stay there again the location in river north was close to everything. So many nice restaurants n bars for drinks. And Close to Michigan avenue. I recommend it highly.

The size of the rooms were great! We were there for my bachelorette party. We stayed in separate rooms but could all fit comfortably when we wanted to be together before we went out.
The only downfall was the location. It was in the middle of the West Loop and shopping on Michigan Ave. It was easy to walk places but would have been more ideal if it was a little closer to things.
