I was disappointed that the property was beach front as I was led to believe. And the pool was in a courtyard - and mostly in the shade and therefore not all that inviting.

location to beach access was great . location
in regard to the Coastal Highway was easy and
convenient.
The bathroom was a little small ….but that’s to

Great Place dog friendly, staff wonderful, room are big enough for us and the dog very comfortable, nice pool area. Felt safe. And well kept.
No option for kitchenette which is nice if you are there for more than a couple days. But plenty of places to eat close by.

The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and I didn't have to cross the street.
The property was very dated and old. The pool was not inviting at all. The lounge chairs had to be slanted to fit on the pool deck. Balconies overlooked parking lots.

The location is good. Our bedroom faced the rear of the hotel, and it was quieter than other rooms. Staff was friendly.
Elevator would be nice.

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Very flexible when our baby got sick and we had to cut our stay short. Great location. Very clean room!
The road noise was very loud at night, but that’s to be expected being right on the road.

We celebrated our 20th. Anniversary & hadn't been in a few years, so we were happy to be back!

It was a very clean facility. The maids do an excellent job. Great quick access to the beach and some great restaurants right across the street.
The noise. The fact that it was “pet friendly”, the last 2 days we were there I felt like I was staying at a dog kennel with all the barking dogs. One morning we were trying to sleep, and I had to yell off the balcony to the people below that not everyone wanted to hear their dog barking! It was annoying. Our neighborhood back home is overrun with dogs barking, and we thought we were escaping that at the beach.

Great location. Short walk to the beach & short walk to good dining.
Expensive room for a basic beach motel. Room was clean but sheets felt really worn out.

Convenient to family who were staying in Bethany Beach and to restaurants and beach.
The rooms are just a tad too small but it was great for just myself.

Floors get sandy and there is no broom to clean or daily housekeeping.

Cute little place- great location and the kids loved swimming in the pool, which was easily seen from the balcony outside our room. Don’t want to leave!

Everything was extremely clean! There were new air conditioning and heating units in each of the rooms and the staff was excellent and, took care of a concern that I had without question and without issue it was resolved!
That it wasn’t directly on the beach!😏😊
