No professinalism

Very friendly staff, comfortable beds and pillows.

Not the cleanest. Hairball in shower and kitchen trash can had raw open food. Kleenex box in holder was completely, including tissues.

The floors were so dirty. I noticed the floors had the same nastiness as it did when we arrived, so obviously it was not cleaned. In the front near the breakfast, the floor was covered in dog hair. I am a huge dog lover and owner, but that is unacceptable for a hotel. The cabinets in the room has something splattered all over them. I saw trash under the bed and sofa, so not sure what kind of manager she is, but she needs to get a handle on the facilities. I usually stay in Marriotts and have never stayed in one this bad. I will consider choosing a different hotel next time we visit.

The pictures on the wall were cool.

The floor was dirty, and overall the place was a little beat up. Also I could hear an entire conversation of the neighboring room. They were not loud, just a normal conversation. The walls are that thin. The surrounding area was odd, so many homeless people on drugs I felt like I was at a Phish show.

Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, ready to help to our stay pleasant and enjoyable.
