The staff was friendly and the location was great.

This is absolutely not a three-star hotel. Maybe two-star. Maybe. Exorbitant cost for very basic facility. Breakfast almost non-existent.

In renovations. Scaffold with construction workers out Our window. They decided to start charging $15 for a marginal breakfast during our stay.

I was very disappointed in the presentation of the property. I was looking forward to the property pictured but the property had been gutted and was still under renovation.

Aus meiner Sicht -auch für Anchorage- einfach zu teuer. Ansonsten war alles bestens!

Localização, Wi-Fi e funcionários. Quarto enorme, limpo, TV. Da p fazer tudo a pé menos ir para o aeroporto. A estação de trem fica a poucos metros.

Considere o café da manhã um snack. Muito simples e sem opções como frutas. Barulho do ar-condicionado e trens.

The newly renovated room had a beautiful design and was very comfortable. The staff is very nice although they have limited capabilities.

The hotel is VERY MUCH under construction. There is no elevator so you have to carry any luggage up a flight of stairs. There seems to be only one person on staff fairly often, so it's difficult for someone to address a maintenance issue, including the fact that the AC in our room didn't work. Being Anchorage, I wouldn't expect it to be too hot but it was 80+ degrees out and we couldn't cool the room. Additionally, since only a few rooms are available during construction, we couldn't move to another room that did work. We were told that we would receive a refund/discount for the AC issue but when we checked out the person working the front desk didn't know how to do it so I was left with a promise that they'll credit it tomorrow. We'll see...

The staff was exceedingly helpful and professional. Although the Aviator was still undergoing renovations, our room was beautifully decorated and well equipped, exceeding all expectations. Discovering that there was also an excellent complimentary breakfast included was a nice surprise.

It’s fairly new so all the furniture, carpets, etc are in good condition.

2 things: the actual building is still under construction so it was noisy in the morning. Parking: we didn’t know it had no parking, but only 20 parking passes on a first come first served basis. When we arrived we were told all passes were gone and it was quite difficult to park around the area!

This hotel in under renovation and should not be open. It can’t as represented, there are no facilities and as to a “ view?” It’s a construction sight.

Around the hotel was very unsightly and they didn’t accommodate parking so lots of time spent trying to find parking that was very expensive. The hotel was under construction so the only thing at the hotel was the room. No dining or hotel bar and offered breakfast was minimal. Not what you would expect from a quality hotel especially in Anchorage just down the street from the Captain Cook.

The staff were friendly and welcoming. The place is brand new and really nice. It is still under construction at the moment but we stayed on the weekend and heard no noise. They have a lot of cool additions they are working on such as a brewery and bar. This will be my go-to hotel in Anchorage!

The only problem is not the hotel but the area around has many homeless people. Security does a good job keeping them off the property. So as far as the hotel itself I had no issues.
