The workers were helpful and friendly, the lobby and room were clean and enjoyable, and everything was very convenient.

The swimming pool was murky.

The "King Suite" I reserved was really nothing more than a little extra sitting area with a table and 2 very small chairs. No dining area and sink with counter area as shown in the room description / pictures. Not sure it was really worth the extra price paid.

The employees was nice and polite and the breakfast was really good and a room was great and clean

I could not get the AC to stay on long. It kept turning off and it got kind of hot when we went to sleep

it was disappointing that there was no bacon, and the only sausage you had was turkey sausage. But the main problem was scary, and the other guest in the room above us got up around 5:30 AM and was obnoxiously loud. After calling the front desk and complaining, they said that they would call the room to get them to quiet down. Unfortunately that did not work and I end up losing about two hours of sleep. I was very disappointed. The security for parking was lacking, one of the gates was wide open for people to come and go without a card and it didn’t matter. Anyways, you could still just walk in.
