we had to change room because of heather was out if order. The carpet was dirty.

Clean comfortable and the staff was very nice. Great value.

No hot water on my room

Staff was friendly.

Mattress was not comfortable at all. It was worn out. Someones clothes were in the dresser and closet. No towels in the room at all for showers.

Staff was rude upon check it. Said we’re not checking anyone in. I said why? It’s 3:30. He said oh damn it’s after 3 already. The side entrance door was broken so was propped open all weekend which is not safe an the hallways were extremely hot and smelled like smoke. The hotel bathroom had mold all over ceiling an the shower curtain was almost coming off the wall. After laying down I noticed a stain on the comforter not sure what it was an as we were there for a funeral I was too tired to find out. I know it’s a small town but we chose this hotel because of the Wyndham name an it was very disappointing

Easy access.

The whole hotel was old and not very clean. Carpet was sticky, hole in the bathroom wall, stain above the bed on the ceiling. Pretty much what you’d expect for a $50 room.

The first room was on the second floor and smelled awful of a wet mildew carpet which immediately cause my allergies to flare up. The hotel needs an elevator. I was offered another room on the first floor and upon entering it smelled better but when I pulled the cover back there was a shell of a dead bedbug. The other bed in the room I saw a live bed bug crawling so it needs to be exterminated . This hotel really isn't ready for guests and I do not wish to stay there again.

Liked the location and bed (room) was comfortable

When we initially arrived, the front desk rep put on his mask (good). But other than me and my boyfriend - no one else in the hotel were wearing masks (seriously in this COVID environment). After a night of enjoying the local Drive-In movie, we returned to the hotel and discovered the side entrance was open/not locked and wouldn't close (a security/safety concern for us). No breakfast, but coffee was good.

No breakfast, no decaf coffee,

Cleaner rooms, hall ways! Smoke detector was pulled off and was on counter. Room had been smoked in and smelled of smoke! Had to use room spray to try and get smoke smell out! Worst breakfast, non existent! Empty coffee packages. Managers were hard to fine!

The property and the staff are very kind, professional, and very helpful. I stay here everytime I travel through here and plan to in the future for better reasons. Thank you, Alex & Anna!
