The front desk staff was amazing at all times of day. Very polite and extremely helpful and patient.

I arrived very late after traveling all day to find they had canceled my reservation because they couldn’t reach me while I was flying. They did find me a room however. I stayed a total of 6 nights. My room was not cleaned one time. When I asked I was told it would only be cleaned on Wednesday. We had arrived to our hotel very late Tuesday night, after a trip to Dallas, so because we slept in we did not get housekeeping Wednesday either. The pool was fine the first few days but the spa was broken. Then the spa was fixed but the pool was green and looked like a swamp. This is potentially a very nice hotel but needs some upgrades in service for the price

we were diapointed that the room didn't have a walk in shower. I am handicaped with a below the knee amputation. I need a walk in shower with a seat. I do carry a small stool with me to take a shower.(it works but inconvienent) Would have liked the area to have closer meal selections & more selections. Maybe Texas BBQ?????

The pool wasn’t very clean. Lots of dead bugs in it and water not real clear.

Staff were professional and courteous. Went out of their way to make me comfortable and welcome.

Location. Bed very comfortable. View was nice. Building appearance. If you have kids good choice since there is little kitchen.

No hair dryer, bar soap at sink, desk chair broken. Booked due to accepting pets. Later found out very expensive for little dog for 1 night. Shouldn't have booked here. Ended up leaving dog home. So, ask about pet charge before booking.

The beds were comfortable, after we removed the previous guests hair from the sheets and pillows.

The was a terrible humid smell throughout the hotel including the rooms. There wasn't a sense of cleanliness when entering the room. Hair throughout the floor, between all sheets and pillows. Bathroom had hair in tub, shower curtains, and corners of the floor. Bad water pressure from the shower, couldn't use it to rinse the hair away from the surfaces. Being with a family of four during the unprecedented times, the lack of care and effort of keeping the hotel clean and a since of effort will indeed make sure I do not stay at any Candlewood hotel and not to prefer any IHG Hotels in the future.

Staff was super friendly, hotel was nice and clean.

The bathroom door in our room wouldn't lock, & all the doors except the front entrance into the lobby of the hotel were locked at night, so I couldn't park close to my room, I had to go through the lobby.
