The location was great and the room was lovely.

I didnt like that when I asked for the room to be cleaned all the towels were not replaced. Hulu on the tv was not working. It is hard to get luggage upstairs without staff assistance. The pool is not clean.

I've stayed here twice and it's a great place. It's like a Village. They have everything you need from breakfast to a convivence store across the street. great hospitality and a block from the beach

The housekeeping staff were the absolute best. Kind caring and do a spectacular job. They are always smiling and go above and beyond

We Love this Property!! It’s our third time staying at North Beach! It’s our Favorite place to stay in Fort Lauderdale . It’s a block from the beach, a great restaurant with great food! There are three pools to enjoy and a hot tub also.

Nothing really . The rooms could use a little paint touch ups but other than that it’s great!! Always Clean!

Check-in staff were energetic and cheerful. Our room did not smell musty. The bed was comfortable. The sheets were crisp.

They did not replenish hand towels and wash cloths or shampoo , conditioner, and lotion, and there was only enough for one use for one person. The advertised picture made the room look nice. It was old with peeling paint and weirdly kluged together patch repairs to door jams. The floor was cracked and stained. It was not worth the $300+ a night. It was only worth $75 a night. They did not clean the shower or floors while we were there. They made the bed with lumpy spots. The electric and lighting was insufficient.

room was dirty, no heating was freezing, next door air con fan was on off every 30 seconds all night we got about 1hrs sleep. the office where we kept our luggage the next day was locked and took around 20-30 mins for someone to attend. 2302 was our room the table edges where coming off no power next to bed. for £208 for the night was a rip off

The hot tub and the pool areas were nice and the cafe had great food and drinks. I liked that it was so close to the beach and other restaurants. Everything was walking distance. Our friends even rented bikes about a block from the hotel to adventure out further.

We had 15 people and all of the rooms were very different even though the cost was the same. Our room did not have a dresser or place to store clothes so we had our suitcases on the floor the whole time. Others had a dresser and full kitchen areas. Some rooms had big showers, ours was small. I wished all of the pools were heated instead of just the one. Three of the pools were ice cold! The bed was okay but the pillows were thin and uncomfortable. I did not sleep well because of the pillows.

I loved everything about this property. It’s a quick Uber ride from FLL airport. The staff is very friendly and helpful/accommodating. A big thank you to Demetrius!! The location is very quiet. Parking is available, there are 2 pools and a hot tub. A restaurant is right next to the property: the food was delicious! The beach and other restaurants are just a few minutes walking. Overall It was a great stay and I’m planning to come back.

Room size was good.

Daily service didn't happen until late afternoon. By then we were back in the room and decided against service.

the location was good and the pool was nice

the room was out dated. there were no utensils/plates/cups. there was only one chair. the faucets were dirty it was very difficult to get towels. I feel because we booked through Expedia we were given an old room that has not been updated. when we asked to be moved they said they were booked, however there were no other guests in our complex, all the rooms were empty

Beds were not fully made no fitted sheet bed was made with flat sheet and the bottom of the bed was showing the mattress, blankets are extremely thin. was woken up to cans and bottles being hit together at 6:30am. as shows pool towels are available however was told none available on site.

The staff at this hotel and the associated group of 7+ hotels in the area was great. They were friendly and responsive. Our check in was super easy and Jose was superb. They have a number that you can text or call anytime to get support. The team was also very helpful in addressing the heat issue in our room. The room we reserved (one bedroom suite) was very sizeable. The hotel has several pools and a hot tub and is very close to the beach. Also walkable to several restaurants.

There was no heat in our room. We realize that heat is normally not needed in this location but the temperature dropped significantly due to the huge cold front that came in during this time. Our room was freezing and there is no heat. We asked the reception if we could get a heater or move to another room. They brought a very small space heater which barely did anything. After asking a second time to be moved to another room with heat, the team helped us move to a room at the Aqua (another property in the group across the street). We were given a spacious one bedroom suite and the room had working heat which was such a relief. We have two small children. Jose helped us move our luggage to the new hotel. In both hotels, the bathrooms needs to be be remodeled and updated.

it's a quaint little place in the middle of a chaotic city. Service was amazing!! Both men at reception were upbeat and very helpful. (sorry, I don't know their names). A very nice surprise as I have felt customer service was a dying aspect of travel in recent years!

a late night party below us that took too long to be dealt with.

perfect location and nice garten with many pool..parking, nice personal..the cafe at the side of the apartments is very good!

floor was very dirty and cleaning should be better done but it is not too worse..
