One elevator was broken, making waits very long. The furniture in the room was a bit old & stained.

Extremely helpful. I asked for blankets and it was no problem. They had a stapler & tape available for all of us.

Location wasn't great but not their fault. Not much around the area.

The rooms are old and dated. There was mildew in the shower the couch was dirty and stained. I wouldn’t sit on it.

the staff was lovely and the location is perfect for cruising

the hotel is very rough for something that costs this amount of money... the breakfast is super bad, everything is not organized, not enough space and utensils for every guest to be comfortable. food choices are not good too, bread is not fresh, eggs are from powder and bacon is way too greasy. additionally the room we were in had many issues - leaking faucet, leaking AC (our carpet was wet and room smelled like mildew), cloggy toilet. they came fix the issues as we reported them but it still soured the experience. the AC is also directly next to bed and you have to be careful not to hit it when getting out of bed + it makes the bed the coldest and noisiest spot in the room... additionally one of the elevators is out of order and just one for entire hotel is HELL.

Good variety of food. I especially liked the potatoes and variety of fruits.

Location was perfect.

Bathroom was so small… the shower was bad it has a strong pressure, when I was taking a shower it seems it was cutting my skin. Beds were tiny I thought they were queen size but they weren’t.

The rooms were spacious. Great view from my room. Great location. Near supermarket and food places. Nice pool

The location was the perfect distance to the job site, the breakfast selection was different from what I'm accustomed too, the drinks at the bar was expensive but it was late so I paid it.

I loved the space that the room had for my family. I do wish I had this room for my whole stay. (We stayed in Orlando for 5 nights at the Hampton). Even though Hyatt property was older, it was cozy and comfortable. My 13 year old son slept on the pull out couch and we only wish that mattress was a more updated one and that the sheets were softer. (I am not sure if the sheets were brand new?) Balcony was nice and we had a view of the ocean and so pretty at night. I loved the space and will book again next year.

Sheets were not soft and the pull out couch mattress was in need for an update. But it did not cause us to dislike the stay. I wish I could have had this room type for the 5 nights in Orlando.

Dirty, last day of our stay noticed blood stains on sheets, the carpet wasn’t even vacuumed food crumbles in the carpet, the sofa bed was in deplorable conditions, head side inclined downwards, and the mattress paper thin call about it they sent a maintenance guy that did nothing. Awful pillows. There was a baby shower going on on the first floo we could hear the noise up to the second floor. The breakfast was a nightmare no plates no place to seat. Rooms needs to be updated.
