The woman at the front desk was too rude, I showed her my reservation, I showed her my receipt, she didn't let me enter the place, she said I had to make do with those on the website, they didn't refund my money, they practically robbed me

The manager is rude as ever! The room was nasty , lights switch didn’t work and when you showered it filled tub with water dad! 😡😡
