The room was clean and spacious
Check in took a long time. The room i had was at the foot of stairs and next to the ice machine. There was a family next door with kids and were very noisy. People were hanging out and smoking Marijuana in the parking lot

The desk person was nice
everything we didn’t have any cold water and we couldn’t use the restroom because we couldn’t flush the toilet we killed multiple roaches in the room and we ask for a refund and they said we had to take it up with Booking.com So we had to search for another hotel to stay at which cost us additional money I was really disappointed exhausted and mad That was the worst experience ever.I

Nice, large rooms. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bed was very comfortable and the area was quite.

I travel for work I am not a fan of outside hotels, I always book indoor hotels. I booked based on reviews but was still skeptical. When I arrived, the outside of the hotel was kind of ran down and the doors on the rooms didn't look appealing. When I checked in the attendant was very nice and professional. After check in, I went to check out my room and I was amazed. My room was clean, roomy, and did not smell. I was advised that the hotel was in the process of being renovated. The bathroom was spotless and they even had a bag of popcorn and 2 bottles of water on top of the microwave. As I was unloading my car, the attendant was walking by and offered to help me unload. I can truly say, this place is awesome. The hotel was quiet and near a Walmart and other attractions. I would defiantly stay here again.

Really bad experience. Didn’t even know who to ask for a refund. With a wasp nest in the room and the iron machine without working. It was very disappointing. Cheap but not worth it. At least my family and I didn’t have the best experience. And after that trip we had a brand new purse missing. Very very pissed !

I had some issues with my key card, but nothing relevant, always that happened, they resolve immediately .
