Good location Very close to the mall, Walmart, Target, etc. Decent daily breakfast. Spacious room and comfortable bed.

They do not offer housekeeping services! They will only do a towel refresh, and you have to specifically ask for it. We stayed for three nights/four days and never got any housekeeping services, trash removed, or fresh towels. I inquired at the front desk upon check-out and they said because they are a franchise hotel, not corporate, they can't afford daily housekeeping. Thus, if a clean/tidy room is important to you, do not book this hotel.

Very clean,front desk staff was awesome, and both shuttle drivers were excellent. Hotel was perfectly located between the airport and Raymond James Stadium. I am sure I will be staying there on my next trip to Tampa. Also Outback Steakhouse was a 3 minute walk from the hotel.

The location is ideal - a great stay for remaining days of a holiday. Airport shuttle prompt and driver is professional.

The pool can be more sheltered have more established more shade with pergola cause the sun is too hot to sit under small parasols. Unfortunately, the pool is next to the parking lot- with see through fencing. All people walking by see right at you- so to bring more of an exclusive feel: a ledge wall made to separate the parking lot from the pool would be great.

Our room #509, carpet had big stains, room smelled damp, figured out when we left that AC unit condensation not draining wherever it should, carpet was soaked up to 4 feet away from unit! I let girl know when checked out.

Room was very clean and comfortable and the staff did everything to accommodate my needs.

Just minor things like no drinking water available in the room coffee situation was very sparse

Comfortable bed. Free Shuttle to airport. Computer and work space to use after checkout at midday so I could work until I needed to leave for the airport about 3pm. Good breakfast buffet

Lack of secure storage for suitcases for early check in or late check out. Our flight from Tampa airport didn't leave until 6pm We booked in the night before and wanted to go to either the Shopping Mall a short walk away or take taxi into Tampa but had nowhere to securely leave our 2 large suitcases and 2 small carry on cases.

The room was clean and air-conditioned. The shower design was spacious and comfortable. 30 minutes walking distance to Raymond James Stadium.

Breakfast choices could have been more varied and better.

No waffles, breakfast could’ve been a whole lot better. The selection was poor the bananas was too brown. Better selection of muffins they only had chocolate everybody don’t eat chocolate.

Location was excellent. Lots of restaurants within easy traveling distance. Breakfast was ok. Food was always lukewarm but plenty of options. I ate a lit of oatmeal over the course of my 5 day stay. Lots of toppings to choose from so it was never boring.

Front staff was polite but did not go out of their way to be personable or provide exceptional customer service. They did what was requested but without a smile or happy to help attitude.

Check in was good.

The A/C is too noisy, no toothpaste, no shower cap, no toothbrush, nothing like in others hotel with everything in the bath.

Black out curtains needed. Led lights from parking lot eliminates the entire room all night long. Also need to access to local “News” channels on the in room tv.
