The bed was so comfortable, the pool was great for the kids

The water would not get hot for a shower and the shower was not cleaned. The door to get in our room was tricky to get in.

Location is good. Front desk staff was helpful.

Cleanliness was lacking, heater in room was LOUD. Breakfast was not appealing.

The breakfast was wonderful! Lots of options and food did not run out quickly! Location was spot on, right by Scheels, down the street from anything you need! Our tournament for hockey was in Moorhead so ours was a little drive to the rink but totally worth it.

Our shower was really hard to turn, it was stuck, and you had to turn it with a lot of strength. It also dripped from the shower head, like it wasn’t fully coming out of the head itself. Could maybe use a new diverter and shower head maybe just in our room (room 410)

Staff was wonderful. Clean rooms, nice friendly hotel.

Complimentary breakfast, manager's happy hour, the pool, the apartment with fridge, microwave, coffee pot etc..We found the location ideal and perfect for travelers. We found Rebecca giving great customer service. She was friendly, kind, and intentional to work hard at her job in making our stay GREAT! The pool was perfect for the kids.

The things we didn't like were communicated to Clare, the manager. These things will not keep us from returning. They were simple and easy to fix. Overall, it was one of the best hotel experiences I've had.
