This is a very clean motel. The only thing you might not like is the floors do not have carpet, but that is a plus for me because it is cleaner.
Sheets were thin.

the rooms was very clean and put together and a nice view of the parkway …Also like how they gave my daughter a shout out for her 13th birthday on their sign really making my daughter feel special on her special day

Everything!! Hands down best customer service, nice clean room, privacy, lovely treats in the office. I don't have any complaints and I will always stay here when we visit pigeon forge next time!
There's not a bad thing I can say about it! The hot tub wasn't working and the ice machine closest to our room wasn't either but those weren't a problem

Close to the island and tons of stuff to do.Rooms clean and well stocked.Coffee maker and bathroom essentials provided.Front desk staff are awesome . Hot tub and heated pool for use year round!
Our t.v didnt work but we never said anything.. We didnt feel like making someone come out in the cold lol
