The rooms were very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The parking lot is well lit. The property was directly on the ocean front.

Parking a little tight

Not use to tenants above. Female walking around in high heels and then later apparently barefooted but stomping while walking about the room.

We were able to walk on the beach together. That is something different for us.

My husband fell down the stairs in the room as we first arrived and hurt his back. So that put a little damper on the whole stay. The light switch by the door didn't work for any lights when we first arrived. So there we were in the dark with him on the floor and our belongings all over the floor. After that was all taken care of, the trip was fine and beautiful.

It was very close to the beach and a lovely setting - the season is over so most restaurants were closed but we did enjoy the quiet vibe on the beach

Price could have been adjusted to low season rate due to low season ( most restaurants closed etc...) and the fact that there were workmen working on the pool area for the two days that we were there -

the futon was not comfortable. need an ottoman to put your feet on. there also coyld be a hook on back of bathroom doir to hang things on.

Liked how close it is to the beach! The room was cute. Liked that there was a jacuzzi in the room to relax. Pool and hot tub were right outside our door. Hot tub was nice to warn up in!

We stayed in #4 and the bathroom and shower was tiny!! There isn't much room to set your things or to get ready. Only 1 towel hook in the bathroom for hand towels or bath towels.

Stairs up to balcony and our room need to be replace, hot tub right under our room and people were loud (including children even though a sign stated NO CHILDREN ALLOWED IN HOT TUB) We dont have a problem with hot tubs, just dont want to be that close. Decided not to ask for a room change because we were only there for one night

the property was kept very organized, and clean. I’m a shower, and I had a lot of respect for there being a designated smoking area. it was so nice to not see cigarette butts all over.

It is a very quiet place. We appreciate it. The room is very well equipped to cook our meals.

Staff (Eilee), very friendly. Hot tub room with partial view of water was lovely. Right on beach best feature. Gas grills & large outdoor heated pool & hot tub open until 10 p.m.

Didn't realize room had no closet, just wall hooks. Was glad I packed my own hangers. Impossible not to track sand into room, but no daily housekeeping. Broom & pan in room, but I don't do floors on vacation!
