property was not cleaned very well had a smell like a basement. Air conditioner filters in all 3 rooms were really dirty and ac units themself had black mold all over the vents, windows were really dirty instantly started sneezing and congested when we entered the unit. Good place but definitely needs to be cleaned better seeing as how they charge 175.00 cleaning fee. We were also charged 30 dollars a night per car for parking which was never mentioned when we booked you would think at that price you would receive free parking for at least 1 car.

The location was great. And the owners were on site and very helpful and friendly. We had a 3 bedroom apt with 2 bathrooms so there room for all 5 of us.

Fit our group of 8. Very convenient and walking distance to anything you need and all attractions. Owners were very friendly and accommodating. I would most likely stay again if I was in the Old Orchard Beach area.

Did not like that parking was extra at a rate of $30 a day.

We liked how close the property was to everything that you wanted to do on Old Orchard Beach.

When we arrived there were rotten potatoes in the cabinets. There was also dog hair in all of the bed sheets and on the towels. There were hairs in the shower and toilets. There was black mold on the bottom of the showers.

The location was great.

There stairs are not safe i fell down them. Also had top sheets only on beds. Gave us extra linings for pull out couch, which were all stained. The shower handle would not shut off and when we turned it the handle fell off. This place was dirty and unsafe.

The place was huge ! We were so pleasantly surprised when we walked though the door !! It was more than perfect for our family 6 !!! We sat on the balcony every night !!! We just loved this place. Highly recommend. It was close to everything! The owners were so very helpful , kind, informative, and accommodating! The referred us to best lobster place restaurant and always had on spot recommendations.

Nothing to complain about !

I loved it here. The apartment was cozy nice flooring comfy beds full kitchen. Everything was within walking distance. And the couple that ran the place are so super nice. Very friendly and welcoming. I cant wait to stay here again.

Location and owners! Staff was very nice and knowledgeable of good area restaurants.

The king bed sheets were not changed from the previous renters. Dirt on sheets and hair on pillow cases under the comforter. Kinda gross. We bring our own bedding, thank goodness. There were empty bottles and used tissues behind the nightstand in the master suite. Some kids socks under the bed. Perhaps moving the furniture to vacuum will help your staff find these truly unacceptable leftovers. HINT: Buy and have the cleaning staff USE magic erasers on the door frames around door knobs. It uses water only and WORKS to make to place look much more tidy. 5 minute difference.

The Apartment was spacious with plenty of room for everyone. The smell of garbage from the restaurant next door interfered with the balcony use. One note for future visitors. If you plan on cooking your own meals bring your own cooking utensils.

It was very close to the beach and the owners were on site for help with our needs. You are paying a lot for an older apartment with very little extras. This is a great location , a walk to food, coffee, the beach and more.

Very outdated and musty. Air conditioner were room units only and were not on so it took awhile to cool off the apartment. The apartment was not as clean as it could be. There was a remnant beer bottle top on the floor which showed it hadn't been cleaned thoroughly. The shower leaked and made the bathroom soaked with each shower. It was a lot of money for not a very nice place. I would encourage the owners to use some of the money earned to spruce up the place.

The hosts were amazing and very helpful. The place was very big and it is located in a great place. Close to the beach and right downtown, I'll be going back next year.
