Nice staff, that's honestly the only positive.

Filthy, absolutely filthy. They have construction guys living here for almost 2 years and the rooms show. The floors were so filthy in both rooms we stayed in that we had to wear our shoes. This hotel obviously has a need to update, but the filth is absolutely disgusting. Spending $330 per night on Friday was gutwrenching knowing I stayed in a very dirty hotel. My wife and 3 daughters were grossed out. The breakfast food was very limited to waffles, cereal and packaged muffins. All the bowls and shelves where the other stuff was located was gone I was down stairs one out of the 3 days and can tell there just isn't much pride in this Home 2 Suite. We try to ONLY stay at these hotel chains. I will think twice going forward. Very disappointing!

Dirty floors, obviously the last occupants enjoyed popcorn. Shower jel dispenser in our bathroom empty as well as the hand sanitizer outside the elevator. Last but not least would be the sh*t on the toilet seat. Disgusting would be putting it mildly!

The hallways were dirty, my room was dirty, my room has been severely neglected and not maintained over the years and it was not in a very nice location.

Everything. Comfortable, friendly staff, we love staying here.

I don’t like that pets are able to stay in all rooms i think there should be assigned room for pets. I had to change room the first room I had , had very strong dog odor. I don’t mind door at a hotel but they should be assigned room for floors for pet only.
