The room was exceptionally clean. The front desk was very accomadating since we brought out dog. The breakfast was good, but the help in the kitchen was so polite and extremely nice. She greeted you with a smile. A nice way to start the day!

The toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall, so the toilet paper constantly fell of the holder.

I think your showers should have grab handles, this is really a must for older people. I also feel your shower handles should be longer.. other than that I feel everything was excellent!!

Breakfast was good variety.

Breakfast hours posted in Guest Services book in room state 6:00-9:30 am weekdays, but 1 of the 5 days we were there, we went to breakfast at 9:05 and food was bare. Then we noticed 9:30 had been taped over with 9:00 on a small sign in dining area. Disappointing! Need to update Guest Services books in room. Guest Services book also states checkout is 12 pm. Was called ~ 11:30 on final day reminding us checkout was 11:00. Told him website and Guest Services book indicated checkout is 12 noon. He responded in an almost threatening voice, "I will give you until 12:00."

The room was very clean and spacious. Beds were very comfortable. Staff friendly and helpful.

The hotel was clean and in good condition. The room was comfortable and quiet and nicely appointed with good towels.

At check-in, the documents were confusing as to what rate was in effect and the staff was not able to explain it. The manager took it as an action item to improve but frankly, her explanation was lacking also.

Rooms were very comfortable and quiet. Beds and furniture were great quality.

Everything was clean, really quiet, secure and safe. Plenty to choose from for breakfast. Food really good.

The price was a little more than I liked. Needed last minute accomodations, so had to pay the price. Actually very happy it was available.

The location was terrific - with restaurants nearby, along with a Walmart around the corner. The facilities were clean although it looked like they might be doing some renovations around the hotel. The pool area was clean and well kept, the lobby was very clean and the front desk staff was prompt, polite, knowledge and efficient at her job at check in! The elevators were clean and functioned without flaws. The double queen suite was clean, well stocked with coffee, cups, towels, toilet paper, etc. and it's noted in the card they provide that housekeeping is having a shortage - so major kudos to the housekeepers doing a fantastic job without the normal extra help! The bed linens were clean, the heat/ac worked great, the bathroom was clean and stocked however the tub did show some staining from usage, but it wasn't from a lack of being cleaned. Breakfast was great - there was variety, the area was clean and the tables to eat at were clean as well. Our stay was quiet, and comfortable.

The tub had staining and needs to be addressed because although the tub was clean, it just looks really icky. The beds were too hard for my comfort but my son said they felt fantastic to him and he had a great night's sleep. I wish the pillows were a bit larger as well.

Very clean, great breakfast, large rooms with comfortable beds. Will definitely stay at that libration again.

Location and size of the room

Stayed on the 2nd floor and could hear through the walls. Kids running around nonstop into the late hours of the night, didn't get much sleep. Tried to cancel our first night as we couldn't make it due to the winter storm, but in order to do so we had to cancel the whole reservation this was on booking.com. We ended up paying for both nights, only staying the 2nd night. The price was outrageous for the stay. I will definitely not be staying there again.

The restaurant food was awesome. I felt a disconnect though from the hotel to the restaurant. It was New Years Eve, but still wasn't much information provided or excitement.

very clean …. very friendly staff …. even though you could tell they were short staffed on this holiday weekend everyone we encountered was friendly and willing to help with whatever we needed !
