The room was very clean when I first arrived there. The staff was so nice and patient with me even thought it was getting late at night. The location is also good because of the surrounding area which has all these bars and restaurants.

Room service could have been better. I travelled with 3 other people and they all showered before I did. I called room service to bring another towel but they didn’t show. I even called a second time after 30 minutes and they still didn’t come. If there wasn’t those small hand towels, I would have needed to just drip-dry.

We love this hotel! We were there to watch our son play volleyball, but we felt like we were on vacation! Naperville is such a beautiful town and Hotel Indigo is in the heart of it all! We plan to be back soon!

Location and facilities are excellent. Rooms are clean and comfortable.

Could not connect my laptop to the free internet and the staff was not very helpful to solve the issue. Went outside the hotel ant got connected without issues on a local downtown coffee shop. I stay in hotels frequently and it is the first time ever that could not connect (actually I am writing this message connected to the WiFI in the hotel I am staying today).

It was the perfect location. Staff was so friendly. The entire experience was perfect. Already planning my next visit.

The closet was very awkward with one door for the bathroom and closet. The entrance door opened directly to the bathroom. Room 519 Since room was adjacent to the elevator, privacy was a concern. When I opened the door.. other guests could see right into our bathroom.

Love the location, staff is always amazing. The positive energy of this place makes your stay very relaxing. Would recommend to anyone looking to enjoy the riverwalk.

Fantastic Naperville location and lovely rooms. I’m usually a Marriott loyalist but I will stay here every time I’m in Naperville.

The location was in walking distance of shops and places to eat. Facilities, including gym were better than expected and loved how spacious bathroom was.

The bath and shower gel.

It's a very hip and lovely hotel in the heart of Naperville, close to great restaurants and shops and the river walk. The staff were very helpful and accommodating! Very clean hotel with classy and stylish decor. Plus our room was very spacious with a nice view.

I recommend staying on the 3rd floor or above, as the 2nd floor can be a bit noisy with the restaurant music below.
