Cleanliness of rooms. Concierge staff at Check-in staff were AWESOME!
Beds were comfy
Smell in hallway on our floor. Concierge staff at check-out. It was like night and day. not friendley at all!

Property was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The vending room being lock on our floor and having go down to the 1 st floor and a in room microwave would have made it great

The breakfast was great. Location was good as close to highway, but not loud.
The second room for my friend was locked from the inside. I had to go down to the desk, go back up to show the desk staff, go back down to get another key. Just annoying. This should have been checked prior to assigning that room.
The area around the pool was very slippery. Water everywhere from kids jumping in the pool. I almost fell three times just trying to get to a chair to put my stuff down. The have a sign up for wet surface, but should be one for death trap.

The coffee maker in the room is a nasty Kcup.The last person who used the showers soap was still in it. There was no coffee in the lobby, you had to order it in the restaurant. BEWARE, when it says breakfast included it means a sit down and order breakfast, not the normal buffet set up.

Hotel was close to one of our trip attractions (Medieval Times). Facility was clean and had a hot tub in the Pool area.
Confusing food policy. Breakfast included as a coupon to the lobby restaurant for adults only, kids still need purchasing. But kids eat free with purchase of Adult Entree, but that policy doesn’t count with breakfast coupon. Be sure to get clarification on these policies up front.
Shower is open with only a glass partition and no curtain. it’s fine but inconvenient for families who may try to use the bathroom in tandem while getting ready.

our heat did not work, the fridge froze all the food so we had to toss it out. the shower only had 2 settings and because no curtain and only 1/2 glass the water was all over the floor.. used all the towels just to keep the floor dry..

Couldn’t find my reservation under booking.com. Had to get a new reservation and now I’ve paid double. Trying to get a refund but it’s been a slow process.

it had an on-site bar and restaurant which were very good and the location was good for O’Hare
Unfortunately the hotel information on the web and on Booking.com is not correct. We booked this hotel because it listed an airport shuttle service but it doesn’t have one which was the main reason we booked this hotel so that was very disappointing and frustrating. The nice young lady at reception took $10 off our bill but the pre-booked Uber to O’Hare was $48.50!

For the price No continental breakfast I had to go out to purchase every day with my daughter because price too steep in restaurant at property.

first they gave me a dirty room, then when they switched me to another room the bathtub was half covered by glass, so the water kept on getting out into the floor. no one ever came to clean the room and we stayed for 4 days. our trash was full, we had no towels, and the sink faucet was constantly spilling water on the counter. the faucet was too close to the edge of the sink therefore it was challenging washing hands because in order to get the water the hand had to bump onto the edge. i was not happy about the place
